If 30 days has passed since you completed the online portion of this class, it will be necessary for you to re-take the online portion of the course.  Once you have completed or re-taken the online portion of the class, it is your responsibility to immediately sign up for the skills testing component with one of our providers.  There will be an additional fee of $40.00 for the skills testing.  You will be issued a completion certificate for the class upon successfully completing the skills testing session.
